Curious customer

The yellow of this top is one of my best friends' favorite colors, and the checker pattern helps me feel relaxed and low-key. The fabric is biodegradable rayon. My research into this fabric type indicates that while the fabric itself is biodegradable, the "most common production method" of rayon is highly toxic. For this reason, I am curious about the source of the fabric. Perhaps there are other production methods that are environmentally sustainable and produce the fabric for this shirt? I hope so!

I am between a 4x and 5x in this brand's clothes, and perhaps a XXL in the dresses that only go to that size (I have not tried on those dresses, I am merely going by measurement). I am very satisfied with the design and fit of this top. While it is somewhat expensive based on fast fashion standards, I believe the quality and mindfulness involved reasonably explain the cost. I have sensory sensitivities, and I am often concerned about showing both too much arm skin and too much cleavage. This top strikes a brilliant balance between breathability and appropriateness for school or work. The length is also long enough that I don't believe I need to be too concerned about showing the skin on my waist, at least if I'm holding myself appropriately.

I am happy enough with my initial purchase of this top that I just bought two hundred dollars worth of sale goods, which I am excited to receive. I hope to support Field Day for many more years to come, especially if my concerns about the fabric source are alleviated at some point.

Best blouse ever!

I've been picky about how my blouses fit on my body (39" bust, 32" waist) and this blouse has to be the "holy grail" for me. It's perfectly cropped, loose but not baggy, and I have enough room in the sleeves to raise my arms up. The fabric is lovely as well--light and drapes beautifully. It's on the thinner side, but one could absolutely layer a cozy cardigan over it with no problems. In short, it's perfect.

Lovely

I love this top! The color (marigold) is perfect! The fabric is so soft and comfy. I wore it to sleep in one night. I’ve probably worn it every two or three days since it came two weeks ago. It’s so easy to wear, casual enough to wear all the time. My only slight complaint is that the pattern pieces aren't cut to match the pattern at the center front seam, but it doesn’t bother me. I imagine that would be difficult and maybe wasteful of fabric.

PERFECT

This fabric is so beautiful--the color, the drape, the texture! I immediately ordered a second one. Obsessed!
