Welcome to Fieldday Apparel! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

India (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination (7–15 business days on average).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Wrong Address / Address Changes

Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

  • If you need to update the address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Fieldday Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please allow up to 10 business days beyond the expected delivery date.

  • For lost or damaged shipments, contact us immediately at [your support email].

  • We will help file a claim with the courier.


International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes

  • Customs duties

  • Local VAT charges

These fees are not included in your Fieldday Apparel checkout total.


Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order product:

  • The entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.

  • Estimated ship dates will be mentioned on the product page.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses for international orders.

  • Some regions may have limited or restricted shipping.
