We are packing & shipping from our Oakland brick and mortar on 
Sundays 12-5 & W-F 11a-6pm
with health and safety measures being taken into consideration.  We are offering free shipping on orders over $50 in compostable & post consumer recycled packaging. 
We are offering curb side pick up & in store shopping so long as you wear a mask and are not feeling ill.  Sun 12-5 & W-F 11-6
You can also send us an email for purchase requests if items are not listed online.

Returns of unworn garments will be accepted within 7 days of after the shipment was received.

Please include order # and reason for return or exchange.  If it's an exchange include size/item you would like to exchange it for.  

We offer exchanges and store credit up to 14 days.

We will gladly exchange or credit the purchase price minus shipping costs to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.  If you would like to insure your package, let us know right away.  We will send another invoice for the insurance cost.  Washed or warn garments are unable to be exchanged or refunded unless there is an error in the manufacturing.  

Please email us with the tracking # and date you mailed off your return/exchange so we can look out for it.  

Items in our sale collection are final sale.  We can not offer return or exchanges on these last chance deals.  

Garments purchased during a site wide sale can be exchanged for another size if needed 

Undergarments, jewelry and apothecary goods are final sale
