Second time I've bought this style. Gave the first one to a friend after my body changed postpartum. So great for dressing up or even working in. I feel so comfy and held.

Good quality, flattering and versatile pinafore dress. I wear with a bralette in the summer and in the cooler weather put a mock turtleneck underneath. This is the second one I have owned , i had to size up after having a baby and this dress still makes me feel great!

Field Day has sizing issues

So I like and wear this dress a lot, but I have to wear it with a top of some kind beneath in the XL size with a 38G bust.

But honestly, this dress is one of many purchases I've made where it feels like the clothing line is playing lip service to being size inclusive without going all the way. I'm consistently disappointed with how the size of the clothes on this site do not match well with reality, but with this dress I was annoyed. I got this as a gift to someone who gifted it back because the side boob ("not too much" according to the description) is enormous on the XL size. This is accurate! They sized the pattern up poorly, and this doesn't work well for a larger bust despite it technically fitting across my chest.

This isn't the first time I'd had frustrations with Field Day despite liking the clothes. Every piece of clothing is sized awkwardly when in XL to XXL, or else the measurements of the garments don't match the description (looking at you, OOAK dresses). Many items are meant, seemingly, to be worn without a bra--which doe not work for many people with larger bust sizes. Everything seems to be meant for a skinnier figure, a longer torso, a taller height. Which is less remarkable than I want to expect.
