Botanically Dyed Slinky Dresses with Marigold and Shiso

A Small batch of organic cotton knit slinky dresses made in collaboration with Sonia Norris of Needles Eye.  I got the pleasure of dying these oldie but goodie v neck dresses from yesteryear with my good friend while visiting North Carolina. 

Dyed in shiso and marigold that were grown by Sonia and we harvested from her land in North Carolina.  One of a kind, made in a limited batch.   Very, very stretchy and hugs all the curves.  

Wash cold delicate, line dry -Please be aware that long sun exposure will fade the natural plant dyes.  Also washing in warm or hot water will cause the pigment to fade.  

Fabric is 95% organic cotton baby rib with 5% elastic for extra stretch.  

Because of the knit nature they are more delicate than woven fabrics.  Please take more care in wear and wash.
